Lake Villa Farmhouse
Lake Villa is a lovingly restored 300 year old farmhouse. It is one of three self-catering cottages in this peaceful location. It offers spacious accommodation for up to 7 guests (2 adults in two double bedrooms with ensuite and a triple room also ensuite. The cosy sitting room has 3 comfy sofas, flat screen TV and DVD, and lots of guest information, books and games. We have a newly fitted a large wood burner in the inglenook fire place, and we are happy to supply wood at £5 per basket. From the lounge is a large conservatory with double doors leading into the well established one acre garden. The kitchen is very well equipped, with a large american style fridge and dishwasher, window overlooking the bird table and gardens. Outside, beyond the private patio, are the south-facing gardens and tennis court. There is also a private parking area. Over the lane is our own mini nature reserve, 25 acres of meadow, secret cabin and 2 lakes, one for fishing.
